Jijo Paul

Founder

- Chef Jijo Paul, after graduating Diploma in Hospitality Management Srinivas College of Hotel Management, Mangalore, Karnataka and started his hospitality basement in Holiday Inn Ahmedabad Gujrat, and boosted his career, working with Oberoi Group of Five-star Hotels in India around 7 years. He came to Australia in 2002, as a qualified chef in Casablanca Brasserie and Café. In 2005, he joined The Hilton Brisbane, as a chef and worked there for 8 years. Mr Jijo Paul widened his culinary experience to the Royal International Convention centre (RNA showgrounds) and for EKKA, prior to opening Lemon Chillies. He has completed an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management from TAFE Southbank, Brisbane, and continued bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from Griffith University.

Diman Singh

Chef

- Chef, Diman Singh - From Rajasthan - started his career at a very young age and flourished at multiple hospitality venues throughout India. In 2008 Chef Singh migrated to Australia and worked at different restaurants at Noosa, Toowomba, Brisbane and Townsville. With over 30 years of experience, Chef Singh joined Lemon Chillies, sharing his skills and knowledge.

Rashid Khan

- Chef Rashid Khan - From Kolkatta, East Bengal - started his career at a very young age and flourished at multiple hospitality venues throughout India. In 2004 Rashid migrated to Australia and worked at different restaurants Brisbane. Rashid joined with Lemon Chillies in 2019

Sudhir Durani

Chef

Chef Sudhir Durani - From Tamil Nadu - started his career at a young age after completing his bachelors in hospitality management from Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He has worked in multiple hospitality venues throughout India. Chef Sudhir expanded his skills and knowledge while working in Singapore for almost 5 years. He moved back to India and focused on South Indian cuisine especially the Chettinad cuisine. Finally, he arrived in Brisbane and joined Lemon Chillies. Sudhir joined with Lemon Chillies in 2022

Founder & Executive Chef – Lemon Chillies Brisbane

He has worked across India’s top venues.He expanded his skills in Singapore for 5 years and later specialized in South Indian Chettinad cuisine before joining Lemon Chillies in 2022.
