Mr. Jijo Paul
Founder & Executive Chef – Lemon Chillies Brisbane
In 2005, he joined The Hilton Brisbane as a chef and worked there for eight years. Mr. Jijo Paul further expanded his culinary experience at the Royal International Convention Centre (RNA Showgrounds), including during EKKA, before opening Lemon Chillies. He completed an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management from TAFE Southbank, Brisbane and later pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Griffith University.

From Rajasthan, Chef Diman Singh started his career at a very young age and flourished at multiple hospitality venues throughout India.

Chef Rasheed Khan began his journey in the culinary world with a passion for authentic Indian flavors and modern techniques.
Sudhir Durani
Chef
From Tamil Nadu, Chef Sudhir began his career after completing his Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management in Chennai.
He has worked across India’s top venues.He expanded his skills in Singapore for 5 years and later specialized in South Indian Chettinad cuisine before joining Lemon Chillies in 2022.
Sunita Laminchhane
Manager
From Kathmandu, Nepal — completed an Advanced Diploma in Business and a Diploma in Hospitality Management in Australia.
She arrived in Australia in 2016, worked at multiple hospitality venues, and joined Lemon Chillies in 2018.
Kochouseph Wilson
A key member of the management team, Kochouseph oversees operations to ensure exceptional quality and service.
His expertise in team coordination and customer satisfaction contributes to the restaurant’s continuous success.
